Submission declined as being "potential duplicate" is not a duplicate

Last night, I accidently submitted "Michelle Ricci" twice for "created by" on the episode The Last Dance for the show Frankie Drake Mysteries. The second credit should have been for "developed for television by".  This morning I tried to correct that by submitting the correct "developed for television by" but it was declined for being a potential duplicate though this credit does not exist on the page. Michelle Ricci (and Carol Hay) are both credited with "created by" and "developed for television by". Carol Hay is correctly credited with both on this episode but it is denying the second credit for Michelle Ricci. You can look at any of season 1's episodes to see this is the way they are credited on every other episode.
