submission not showing up

Submitted this credit twice now. The first time, IMDB support couldn't  find any record of my submission --My first submission # was: Contribution #200131-203223-135808.   

I've resubmitted again this weekend but I've also, I've attached a screenshot showing my name in the credits. Thank you!!

I'm also wondering where Christina Hendricks' credit came from on your screenshot, I don't see her name. I also don't know why Ally Maki is not credited for her role as giggle (unable to read the rest).

Finally, we have also an attribute for additional voices so I don't know why Carrie Paff is on,y credited for (voice) as she could have been credited for (additional voices).

 You provided the 18-digit number for your contributions so the staff will review it soon.

Hi there, Christina Hendricks' name isn't on the credits, but IS on IMDB. I"m not sure why.  I assumed it was because her Toy Story character is shown in the short, but doesn't actually talk. But I'm not sure...    Ally Maki IS credited as giggle mcdimples on the screenshot so I'm not sure what you're seeing? Her name is directly under Annie Potts' name  (second down from the top).  As for Carrie Paff, she is a friend of mine and we spoke about the IMDB submission process.  She submitted this credit herself,  so putting it in as "voice" and "actress" was just how she chose to list the credit.

HI Heather, your submission was badly formatted, you wrote "Actress (mom)" in the character field then (voice) in the attribute field. Please correct and the attribute field should read (additional voices) when you resubmit.

Hi again. I'm not sure what I"m doing wrong. I submitted my credit again as "additional voices" and it just got declined with the  reason "Unable to verify". I saw these instructions: "Please go to your Contribution History, re-load the submission reference and tick the box “provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission” and “check these updates”. but the field never popped up for me.   My  Contribution number is:   #200211-042158-019808.  And I've uploaded the credits of Lamp Life again showing my name. Thanks for your help!
