Hey there, just signed up to this weird forum:

any way to ask for the status of submission like it used to work (most of the times) on the IMDb contributors help board?

Yes. But same here as there, you need to post the submission ID number.

Hi sheilaforever -

I didn't see any errors within your producer credit submission update, however, if the data is not yet displayed on the episode page it means our data editors were unable to independently verify the credits.

If you can, please post screen-shots to evidence here that verify these credits our staff take another look.

Hi Michelle,
I checked again and there seems to have been a different issue:

130922-131424-913000

130922-131850-565000

130922-132841-303000

130922-132954-564000

130922-133213-201000

130922-133437-922000

These were NEW episodes to the database: I submitted director, writer, producer and cast credits. Only cast credits went live and if I check my update history, the whole submission is blank as if it were processed fully. But as you can see on the site: director, writer and producer credits are blank. So there either was a mishandling of the IMDb staff or you had a technical glitch/bug ca. last 2 weeks of September.
Please note, that I have been submitting data for years and basically build up the whole library of data for this series. Director, Writer, Producer credits were NEVER an issue despite all hoopla as to how IMDB wants cast list to be submitted. It's also interesting that BEFORE the last two weeks of September and AFTER this date, all submissions went live perfectly fine. I can also not provide screen caps as those episodes are no longer online for streaming on cbs.com...

MY question is: do *i* have to search extensively for the data and make new submissions (as I said: resubmitting is NOT possible as IMDb cleared the submission sheets as if they ere processed) or can you find those in your system?

Cheers
