Submitted a credit for a film I was in, but has yet to show up as neither credited nor uncredited?

Hi,

So I recently got a role in a feature film that is coming out this August. I was given a credit that is supposed to be in the film, but I cannot know whether or not it has been cut out and left uncredited yet (the film is not out yet). However, the film is listed as 'complete' and contains roles that are uncredited, as well as credited. Both my agent and I submitted my credit a while ago but it simply has yet to show up, is this a problem on my part or is IMDB just waiting to confirm it when the film comes out? If it is the latter case, then how is IMDB able to know which credits are in the film and not prior to the movie release?

Thank you for your post.

If you are unsure if you have been credited or not then the best thing to do if to wait until the title is out. We can then accurately reflect the end credits and verify the data correctly.

However, if you are able to provide evidence then we will happily look into this for you. You can upload these screenshots to an image hosting website, such as imgur.com, and forward the URL provided onto us. This will then be reviewed by the appropriate data manager.
