I've got 52 credits of my work on a show listed, but there are four randomly missing from the first season that I've been trying to have updated for the last year and a half or so. Also, I was automatically being added to all Season 3 episodes as they went live, but that has randomly stopped. For the first season, I'd like to provide proof in hopes of getting these things fixed. Wasn't going to bother, but what the heck.
I've submitted both as (uncredited) and with no attribute, but it doesn't seem to matter.
Updates:
140404-205520-599000
140404-205605-857000
140404-205656-384000
140404-205736-952000
Don't want to post the full call sheets here, but i'm happy to send them to someone who can help.
Also looking for insight why the other 52 episodes were okay, but the editors had a problem with those random 4. Seems strange!

Staff should be able to check status. Just wondering why you'd submit both ways. Why not stick with submitting whichever is accurate? Also, have you ever offered proof? A screen cap of the credits would pretty much get it done, or if not "credited" any contracts or or other documentation can help. Proof can be uploaded into this thread and get forwarded to the page editors.
Simply resubmitting (especially with conflicting information) really doesn't work...as you're finding out. And, submitting inaccurate data can make it difficult to get future submissions accepted ("credited" when it's not or vice versa, for example).
Images of documents can also be uploaded to a pic hosting site or better yet saved in "dropbox" and links supplied via this form http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver... . But screen capture of credits is by far the best to give.

Mostly because the first time I submitted, I didn't realize I needed to add the attribute. I've offered proof before. It worked on some episodes. I have proof again but I don't want to link all that information in a public forum.

Also because it hasn't seemed to matter how I submit in the past. I had it set for all Season 3 episodes as uncredited, and it was automatically updating until one random episode popped up without the attribute and then it stopped updating altogether. There doesn't appear to be a rhyme or reason to anything.

Hello, I see the following updates were canceled, which were previous updates for the four missing season 1 episodes.
Going to resubmit on 4/18 again and attempt to provide proof, if someone would tell me where to send it.
Again, I don't know why the other 52 episodes had sufficient proof, but these 4 continue to ignored.

New updates, with submitted proof, are:
140419-043003-260000
140419-042953-938000
140419-042943-709000
140419-042921-592000
I'm still looking for an answer about the disappearing Season 3 credits, as well.

It's a good idea to post those ID numbers here if you're adding the proof here. I don't see any proof and am assuming you did that on the verification form? (http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_verification). Otherwise, it's a little early to be asking for status on them as it normally takes between 2 days and 2 weeks for processing.
If two weeks has passed, post the submission ID's so staff can take a look and hopefully see why they didn't get accepted.

Yep! Verification form. These are the new submission IDs that I submitted with proof, just getting them out there in case someone takes a look. I also resubmitted for the entire series to see if it works that way. Fingers crossed!

How long do you think I should wait on this? Here's the last time I tried. Good times!
