I'm from Australia and subscribed to this service, but couldn't get it to work. I did contact via email to cancel my subscription and no one came back to me. I have now been charged an annual subscription. I am not very IT minded, therefore can someone please respond to this message so I can cancel my subscription and receive a refund. Thank you.
