Would suggest to add more filter to "Most Popular Drama TV Series "-site.
Genre, rating, but also filter on period series are representing (e.g. 1900-1950)

The linked lists are kind of general but the site is one big, searchable, database (the whole point of the site itself) with which you can create your own searches based on your needs and opinions of what the search and resulting list should include/exclude. The best tool for this is Advanced Title Search which you can find by going to the search field and changing "all" to "advanced search," then choosing "advanced title search."
