I love IMDB and one thing that I would like to see is IMDB display a second and maybe a third decimal place when they display their user ratings.  This is NOT for user to rate a movie.  For example, if I watch  a movie I should not be able to rate a movie a 7.42 or a 7.423.  But when IMDB takes the combined ratings of users for a movie, they should be able to list it as a 8.65 or an 8.647 instead of an 8.6.

Interesting, but how meaningful is it, compared to the current display,  to assess a movie you have not seen?

Three decimal places is a bit much. What I would like is the ability to give .5 ratings, like 7.5, 8.5, etc
