hey jen...nice tribute...

miguel ferrer's passing bothers me simply because he never really got the recognition he deserved...what a great actor...plus, by all accounts, he was a very nice person in real life...

of course, as someone who grew up watching the greatest tv sitcom ever, 'the dick van dyke show', mary tyler moore will live on in infamy...

and i certainly understand separating the lists from actors and musicians, and i look forward to your list for musicians...however...two on your list are a tad puzzling (and perhaps just to me, but...)...

miss della reese...when i heard of her passing, the first thing i did was pull out her 'story of the blues' l.p. and remember what an important figure she was in the history of jazz music...people forget that...

and david cassidy...it was all about the music with him...whether thru his solo work or the partridge family, again, it was never about the acting...

wish we could bring them all back for one last go round, but at least here, they have been remembered...

I haven't commented as I was waiting for the year to end, in case we got an unfortunate addition to the list.

Now that 2017 is over, I would vote for Adam West.

i would have to say rose marie...

i loved the dick van dyke show...one of my all time favorite shows...

and what a singing voice she had as well...
