Not enough time spent there to qualify. But please let me know if you think of any others.

Jen,

For your consideration:

Hennesey (1959–1962)
Jackie Cooper played Hennesey, a Navy doctor in an onshore office. Abby Dalton, very young and beautiful then, played his blonde yeoman/secretary/nurse.

According to:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hennesey
... In the story line, they are assigned to the hospital at the U.S. Naval Station in San Diego, California. ...

= = =

After MASH (1983–1985)
The Korean War has ended. Colonel Potter, Sergeant Klinger, and Father Mulcahy find themselves together once again, this time at a veteran's hospital.

According to:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AfterMASH#Season_one
... Potter was soon hired ... as the chief of staff at General Pershing Veteran's Hospital ("General General"), located in the fictional River Bend, Missouri.

By the way, there is a real John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Interesting poll suggestion. It seems that "M*A*S*H" is out of reach because it is a war hospital? I know there's "Trapper John M.D." spin-off, bu it doesn't quite lives to the fame of the original series...

Princeton–Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, then! :)

Jen,

For your consideration:
Nurses (1991–1994) and Empty Nest (1988–1995)

Nurses: This was an early 90's sitcom comedy that revolved around a hospital floor staff in Miami, Florida. It primarily centered on the female nurses but also some doctors and an orderly named Paco. Richard Mulligan's character (Harry Weston) from the show, Empty Nest, was a pediatric doctor whom also worked at this hospital. In other words the show was a spin off from Empty Nest.

"Empty Nest" is set in Miami and tells of the day to day misadventures of a widowed pediatrician, Harry Weston, and his two adult daughters, Barbara and Carol Weston, who have come back to live with him after failed marriages. Much of the humor is derived from Barbara and Carols' ongoing attempts, and failure, to find the perfect partner, and once again leave the "nest". There is also the skirt-chasing next door neighbor, Charlie Dietz and Harry's southern nurse, Laverne Todd, unique for her unbelievable Hickory stories.

http://emptynesttv.com/home/show-info/frequently-asked-questions/

What hospital was used in the establishing shots of the show?

Community Medical Center was actually Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, California, an acute care, not-for-profit hospital located on the Orange County coastline between Los Angeles and San Diego.

Think I would I put my faith in whichever hospital or clinic at which Gregory House works. The thing is, there are so many of these shows, and I've only watched a few of them and not the whole of any of them.

Thanks, but I'm looking for shows where the hospital is the main part. Like I wouldn't put Third Watch on the list even though they have many scenes in the same hospital. That's not the central thrust of the show.

Jen,

For you consideration:
General Hospital (1963– )
Hospital: General Hospital

Events in this daytime drama are centred in Port Charles, a community on the coast in upper New York. Ongoing plots are centred around the people who work in General Hospital, people who work in the business community (most notably for the Quartermaines' company ELQ), and some sort of international intrigue involving former agents of the WSB (World Security Bureau). Big plots of the past include Luke and Laura's wedding and Mikkos Cassadine's evil weather machine.

Trivia
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0056758/trivia
The exterior of General Hospital is the University of Southern California Medical Center, located east of downtown Los Angeles.

The Doctors (1963–1982)
Hospital: Hope Memorial Hospital

Dr. Matt Powers is head of Hope Memorial Hospital in the town of Madison, concerning himself with the staff and patients with their attending dramas. He is primarily supported by his wife Maggie, their good friend Dr. Althea Davis, and eventually the extensive Aldrich family over the years.

Men in Black (1934)
Hospital: Los Arms Hospital
The stooges become doctors at a large hospital where they disrupt patients and staff alike.

Too many people died at All Saints Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospital.  They weren't the worst but ... I wouldn't want those odds.

I like this one as counterbalancing my older generation poll, Poll: Worst TV Hospital?.

Princeton–Plainsboro Teaching Hospital is literally the ONLY legitimate answer of this poll.  Don't suppose the medical facilities on Deep Space Nine or Next Generation Enterprise would be a possible consideration?  If not, that's easily understandable.  Least they will get an honorary mention here.
