Technical Problem? Something is Haywire

When one enters a title and goes to the title page, it is overrun with an ad for "Belgravia," and only part of the credits appear, but in yellow and grey type.

Is this a technical problem possibly caused by under-staffing due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

I came here for the same reason. Usually I can see a x button that gets rid of the advertisement, but in this case, it did not appear anywhere. I kept trying to refresh the page and each time, the advertisement covered half the page of the information I was trying to look at. Quite unnecessary and makes me uninterested in seeing the series.
