The keys of "The Kingdom"

Some while ago (mid-March) I submitted plot outlines for the first four episodes of Lars von Trier's TV series "The Kingdom". The first two appeared quite quickly (even though they had been identified as being a little long for outlines). However, the last two have not appeared at all. Just wondering what is the rationale (if any) behind this.
I thought I replied to your post requesting submission numbers, but I can't find any trace of my response. So here it is again: the submissions were:

It's probably best to follow the character "limits" when it comes to plot outlines, since you can always add plot synopsis where necessary. If the plot outline is too long you have to click "see full summary" with mobile phones etc. Better if the whole plot outline is visible (that's their purpose, IMO).

Also, I don't believe that English titles belong to plot outlines (like now with Riget). Trivia is the correct place for them IMO. Plot outline should be fairly short with no real spoilers.

That being said, sometimes the process can take a bit longer. I added one 73-episode series at some point and a few plot outlines took a week (or so) before appearing on the page (for some reason).
