The Little Mermaid Live is confusingly listed as an episode of The Wonderful World of Disney . I think this is incorrect (as is the season 47 episode Once Upon a Mattress but I don't really know about that). The Little Mermaid is listed as a TV special according to my DVR. It should probably be listed that way, instead of attached to The Wonderful World of Disney, which ended a decade ago. Just because the TV listing was "The Wonderful World of Disney presents The Little Mermaid Live", there's no reason to think it is a new episode of a previously ended series.
