I believe the Moderator of IMDB is trying to paint me to be an idiot by not allowing me to modify my review. That is obviously an unjust practice that was not explained in the rules for reviewing TV programs and movies at all. I initially thought that IMDB was experiencing a heavy volume of reviews, then I saw that one person said my review was not helpful. I think that one person was the Moderator of IMDB. Has anyone had this happen to them?

All throughout my life so far, I was expected to do a good job for all regardless of what I wished to do because of my selfish ways. Whether the moderator agrees with the points in my reviews or not, their job is to edit a review after changes have been submitted for it. I cannot help that the moderator was offended by something I have posted. Reviews by all users should not be allowed at all if that is the case.

I do not mean to come off as mean or aggressive with my posts in this thread.
I cannot comprehend the rudeness of whoever is in charge of review submissions.
It’s not in my place really to say that the moderator or IMDB staff member was on an ego trip two days ago when I tried to revise four sentences of my Young Sheldon review and nothing happened.
I don’t mind if the moderator or IMDB staff member gave me two thumbs down. I would like to see the changes I have made to my review, from the last few days, go up. I do not understand how immense immaturity comes into all of this.
An IMDB staff member can take my review down if they feel that I did not go by the requirements, but there was not any vulgarity or etc. etc. used in my review. So, I really do not understand why I’m not seeing my corrections when I go to the user review page for Young Sheldon.
I don’t quite see what is going on. An explanation would be nice.

There is apparently some kind of behind the scenes work going on, so I cannot post the 18-digit contribution numbers of my submissions. This is ridiculous.

Hopefully your contribution numbers are still listed here at,
https://contribute.imdb.com/contributions/history
or here
https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/?ref_=helpms_ch_ci_history
Just a note: Rejections on review alterations lately have been a little high. I have noticed myself personally some difficulty with approvals.

Not just alterations, mate. I have just submitted a new review for Coen Brothers' A Serious Man for the 4th time :D There was as far as I can tell nothing really included that violated the review guidelines for the first submission attempt already. I'll keep trying. Lets see if we hit double-digit territory. Don't think I've ever had more than two unsuccessful submissions for a film, so yes it's getting more difficult these days.
