The movie "Family (2018)" cannot be found using the search bar. It can only be located by searching the film's stars such as "Taylor Schilling" or "Kate McKinnon".

Yes, 'Family' (2018) is not on the dropdown on the homepage. It has very little votes (Pic 2) and a low rating. That would make it's MOVIEmeter number not so great also. IMDb only puts the most popular titles on the dropdown on the home page. Family Guy, Modern Family, Addams Family and all it's versions take all the top spots because of popularity.
However if you know what year a title is made (Pic 1) and add it to the search bar the result does show up on the dropdown on the home page.
Otherwise type in the title and hit the search and you will go to a separate page (Pic 3) where 'Family' is the top on the list.
See all attached pictures.
