The name of this theater is wrong

This theater: https://www.imdb.com/showtimes/cinema/US/ci0003280?ref_=sh_ov_th is called the "Regal Denver West Village". The one across the street https://www.imdb.com/showtimes/cinema/US/ci0003280?ref_=sh_ov_th is correctly named.

Google Maps has the correct names.

Google Maps accepts user edits, so may not be reliable at any given moment.
The Regal website shows the name as IMDb does:

Now, take a good look at the addresses. 14225 Colfax is across the street from 14500 Colfax. They are two different theaters. Google Maps has their correct names. IMDB doesn't. And, of course, the regal app is also correct:
