The option to share my rating on social media isn't showing up anymore

Hi, everyone. 
I had this same problem a few weeks ago and a staff member (Steve, thanks) solved it. But it happened again. The option to share my rating on FB, TW... isn't showing up anymore. I don't know if it is a site's bug or something.
I'd really appreciate if someone can help me solving this for good.
