The trivia guide doesn't have any reference to the new way of linking name/titles

Can we update this guide to remove the old qv notation and add the new [link=] notation?

I've just taken a look into the Trivia Guide, this looks to reference the [link=] format:

It's the trivia guide that is brought up when you press the blue question mark while editing trivia. Note: I seem to completely space on the fact that it is included in the message above the trivia items. This is probably because I wasn't looking for it there and was thinking the format was [name=]. See below.

However, if you press that blue question mark I've got circled, you get a different trivia guide that talks about qv notation. See below.
