'The Virginian', S06E03, wrong date in pictures?

As I understand it, the TV series began in 1962, but the episode is from 1967.  The picture of Joan Collins from this episode lists it as being from 1962.  Shouldn't the year of the episode be listed with her picture instead of the series start date, which is several years before?

The links for the photo of Joan Collins and the other images are correct. The series' start year is listed, not the episode's release year.

If you click the other photos on the episode's Photo Gallery, most, if not all, of the photos are tagged this way.

Top line:
Name(s)
TV Show Title (Start Year)

Bottom line:
Titles: Series Title, Episode Title
People: Name(s)

I hope this helps. Please write back if you have any more questions.

Thanks for the correction.  I always assumed that the date listed next to an actor or actress' photo was the year the picture was taken of that person.  Based on my assumption, this picture was taken in 1967, and not 1962 as indicated.   This certainly changes my view of what I'm seeing for dates.
