The 99 credits upgrade requests

Dear IMDb. My name is Andrew Brownlow ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0115243/ ) and I recently added credits for my full Indian crew, and myself, on "The 99." Our credits are for all 26 episodes of series one - this is how Endemol UK credited us - but the way IMDb works, I was forced to add credits one episode at a time. As this would have taken me close to a week, I entered our credits for episode 1 series 1 only. I would be most grateful if you could upgrade all credits to read the full 26 episodes of series 1. If you look at The 99's credit lists, you should find that, writers excepted, all 26 credit lists are identical.

My second issue is that, on the full cast and crew page, only indian crew credits listed as "VFX" show up. This has resulted in 4/5ths of my Indian crew, and myself, being entirely uncredited on the full credits page.

Most of those not listed will most likely have been added, by myself, as "animation department" credits. As The 99 was a fully animated CG production, it is, in my opinion, entirely correct to list animation department credits as well as VFX credits - which I only used, by the way, for those who are credited as VFX, because I was given no other option other than VFX for those workers' particular disciplines.

I and my crew would be very grateful if you would correct these omissions and upgrade all aniumator and VFX crew credits from episode 1, series 1, to series 1 (26 episodes.)

Kind regards,

Andrew Brownlow

Just as an FYI: if you have the same credits to add to multiple episodes - and the episodes themselves are already listed on the IMDb - the easiest thing to do is hit the Edit button on the series page. When you fill out the update form on the series page there's an episode box with a little squiggly icon at the bottom right. Click on the squiggly icon and it will pull up a list of episodes. You can then select the relevant episodes for each credit you're adding.

I'm not sure why the series-level Animation Dept isn't pulling single-episode credits like the VFX Dept is. For series-level Cast recognition the IMDb requires at least 2 episode-level credits. It's possible that for some reason the Animation Dept was set up the same way?

Many thanks for your reply, sienel, I will try to do this.

By the way, I was trying to send this issue to IMDb themselves, but cannot find any direct contact information for them anywhere on the site. IMDb seems to be set up to prevent users from contacting their staff even by email, and thus from raising issues directly with them. For the life of me, I can't work out why.

IMDb staff reads this board, and this is their preferred contact option for most issues. There is also a contact form on the IMDb site for more private issues.
