I notice there is a new thread on the Help Board, which was closed to new threads in February. I don't see a "start a new thread" link, but it somehow got started.
Anyone have this imdb problem?

The dropdown menu drops down ove the HELP and YOUR WATCHLIST links, so disappears when you move cursor to them. I'd ask on the IMDB HELP section, but you need facebook to post there and its woefully confusing.
Also, when you click to add a board avatar, nothing pops up.

Mayor Defacto has posted there that it was probably moved from the Contributors Help Board (which has been a common thing, though that board is now closed).

Moving a thread from the Contributors Help Board to the Help Board is probably more likely than my explanation. There is also at least one thread that was moved from the Information Board.
