I am also having trouble with one of my lead actors not appearing on our page! I have submitted the edit multiple times and have gotten no response within 2 months. if anyone could help that would be awesome!!

Since this is a completely different issue and has already been marked as answered, you might get noticed better by starting a new thread. You have similar but not the same problem.

However, the clue is probably in "I have submitted the edit multiple times" as resubmitting before the submission is rejected will slow down the appearance of the credit.
Best bet is to stop doing that and wait. You can also speed things up by sending in a screenshot of their name in the credits using this form:

If that hasn't worked after 2-3 weeks (perhaps a month for good measure) then start a new thread.
