I was able to get the video "Uso" to work. So it could be a number of issues on your end.

Frequently clearing the cache, defragmenting your hard drive or logging out and back in helps. If doing these steps don't help, it may be another problem.

What kind of device are you using: PC, laptop, tablet, smart phone or other?
What operating system are you using?
What browser are you using?

I can't access videos on IMDB directly like that in Firefox (like trailers from the front page) - it is something to do with the Flash blocker plugin I use. I can get the Flash to start but it doesn't start the film. I have to go via the title's video gallery and then they usually work.

So it might be that or try updating your Flash plugin or use a different browser and see if that helps.
