There needs to be an option for rating a movie 0 stars

Since some movies have absolutely no merit and can even be detrimental to the senses, there needs to be an option of rating a movie with 0 stars.

1 IS 0............or is that not comprehensible?
The lowest numerical assigned number rating in any ratings system IS it's lowest point.
