This is about Martin Scorcese's "George Harrison: Living in the Material World" (2011). Who is the guy who comes walking and seems to bless around at 6 AM, just when “While my guitar gently weeps” begins as background sound?

The documentary is on Netflix US and the scene is at 1:30:30 and it has "6 AM" imposed on it, probably from the original footage that Scorcese utilized.  It seems to be some sort of "happening" being put on in an old cathedral.  I don't think the guy is anyone in particular.
