I don't doubt it. and normally i wouldn't even bother with such repelling texts popping up on my screen. But it did this time:) But while i was reading the main imdb page my 4 year old son was as well and started asking me questions like why are they cancers dad!? Ofcourse i am not going to give the list creator the pleasure of such a worthless contribution into my sons existence.
IMDb is probably not for four-year-old children.

I'd say that 4-year old me would have loved IMDb if I had Internet at the time. I was not a typical four-year-old, though.
I might've too, but I don't recall be adequately literate at the time. I don't recall catching on to reading and writing until around the age of seven years old, in sense of the feeling of incentive to read. Anyway, just because a child can read does not mean that his/her reading material should be indiscriminate.
Could you explain where the title of the list appears - I do not see it anywhere obvious. The link in this conversation is the only one I found in the places I looked.
Unfortunately the puerile offensiveness of the title is what we have come to expect on the internet and is a mild example. Dealing with the minority who behave badly is difficult without also shutting down facilities that are useful to those who behave well.
Parents need to monitor their children's internets use if they want to prevent them from seeing nasty things on sites that allow content to be posted by random users.

Regardless, I flagged this thread for IMDb staff attention and reported this and another list by the same author.
For future reference, you can directly report a list:
A. Go to the list page.
B. Click on the three dots on the same line as the list title:
You should see:
C. Click on Report this list. You should see the form IMDb Contact Us.
D. Select:
1. Select which topic you need help with: IMDb Fan/Contributor questions
2. Tell us more about your issue

You should see:
