When you go in to edit credits for an individual name, there is a title box. It seems this box has a certain number of characters and that stops full titles for episodes from being entered, forcing you to correct each episode individually. I was moving Claire Simon's credits from casting director to casting department (per the casting guide) and I ran in to two episodes that could not be fully entered. (Also, note, the search sucks. It should offer me episode titles for the series entered instead of random other titles.) See below:
