The title for The Death and Life of John F. Donovan should be "The Death & Life of John F. Donovan". The contribution was #200526-224246-937000. You can see this on the page itself from the primary image but here is also the title card for the movie:

Why did this not replace the title? It correct (and only title) appears as "original title" but not the topline title. Is there any evidence that the title was ever used with "and" instead of the ampersand because the title card and the dvd case show it only with the ampersand.

You could probably edit the alternate titles - the version with "and" is the display title for the USA (and other countries) but should perhaps only be listed as an alternative spelling.
