When I tried to change title, it becomes error with the following message.

It seems to happen when I try to wrong remove accent from alphabet, for example
'î' to 'i'.
Checking my update history, this kind of correction had been accepted at least until
2015-09-29 14:11:16.

Thanks for reporting this error when submitting the title correction, I have forwarded the issue to out technical staff who will take a look as soon as they can. As soon as I have an update I will post the information here.
