Title merge approved but didn't happen

I merged Spark of Rebellion: Part 2 into Spark of Rebellion: Part 1 as this should be just one episode as it aired in a one hour block on first airing. The merge, in contribution #200224-182715-183000, was approved yesterday but it is still showing as two separate episodes this morning (and every time I checked yesterday after the merge was approved). What's going on?

It was a full day after that this went live. That seems to be a bug. Now, if you can just make the rest of the changes to season 1 of Star Wars Rebel get approved so that it is correct.
