Title rejected due to uppercase letters

I am trying to submit a new title but it's not being processed because one of my crew members has the initials PT as first name. It gets rejected by the submission system because the name "ends with an uppercase letter and is therefore invalid". Now, it wouldn't end with an uppercase letter if IMDB wouldn't convert it automatically and put the first name last... I contacted IMDB support a few weeks ago about this but got no reply. Anyone have any idea how this can be solved? The update # is 130815-132631-048200. Thanks!

If they are initials, should it not be P.T.? The system would expect initials to end with a period.

Thank you. :-) I put the dot down but forgot to put it in the end as well... so this is fixed... but IMDB still refuses to let me submit the update for some reason. I fixed all the warnings, so I don't know what's the deal.

To submit a new title you need to fill in the minimum amount of data indicated in the form.

I can't find a submission with that reference number. Can you please double-check the number?

As for the warning, what exactly is the error/warning you are seeing? I'm not clear whether the 'uppercase' warning you are seeing refers to a title or a name for a person credited on the title.

If the latter, i'd submit the title without that name/credit (you can add that later once the title is live, assuming that it's not a major credit like the director or writer).

If the issue is with the title, I'd change the capitalization of the title so that it's not all-uppercase. If the title really is all uppercase (e.g. it's an acronym) we should be able to change that later manually, if/when the title has been approved.

Sorry, hard to be more specific without more details about the title.

The uppercase issue has been resolved (see above) and it appears I finally managed to submit the title after some more tweaks (I lacked minimum amount of data indeed). Thank you all for your kind help!
