I do apologize if this isn't the correct way to ask but, I have filled out the new film form for Bickerman's Grove, everything seemed to go through correctly, in my tracker it says Approved for Publication, but the film poster and trailer I submitted/attached has yet to show up.

We are about to have our World Premiere at the Grand River Film Festival (GRFF.ca) and I wanted to see if we could gt this addressed. Please let me know if there was anything I may have done wrong.
