Trailer approved, but not seen

I submitted a YouTube trailer for my web series (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11095584/) a few days ago. IMDb contribution said "approved", but I cannot find the trailer on the main title page, even not "Photos & Trailer" section.

I think I submitted several trailers for my previous films in the same way and there were no problems.
Is it happening because it's a web series?
