I uploaded a trailer for my film in HD. It originally displayed in HD, but has since been downgraded to 360. I read something in one of these conversations that says IMDb only displays in HD when a video is uploaded by one of your editors or by a studio. Is there some way around this? Can I get an editor to upload my video?

Hi Eileen -

Currently we only allow IMDb staff/ content partner uploaded videos to work in HD on the site,  the only exception is user uploaded demo reels.

Our editorial staff only uploads a limited amount of selected HD Video Trailers, so unfortunately they won't be able to upload your HD video trailer; however, rest assured that I have forwarded your feedback to our Video staff and with the next Video upgrade to support better video playback, they will look into adding HD for user uploaded videos.
