We have uploaded a trailer but it has never shown up. We tried uploading again and it said it was already uploaded. We met all the criteria such as file size etc. Our last email from you said we could give you the link to the video, and the page we want it uploaded to... so the video can be found at https://vimeo.com/61809643 and the page it needs to go on is http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1870526/?...
Let us know if there is anything else we need to do.

It might be that you need to wait for everything to update, it can take a while for the relevant information to synch up. The staff can look into this and check progress, give it a nudge if needed.

I don't think waiting for everything to sync is the problem. We've been trying multiple times to upload it for about 2 weeks. We've waited sometimes for over 48 hours to give it time to sync, but nothing happens. I will then go in and upload it again and then the message says, "upload failed because the video has already been uploaded." So then we wonder if it has already been uploaded over 2 days ago, why isn't it appearing on the IMDB page. So, if you could link the video at https://vimeo.com/61809643 and to the page http:/www.imdb.com/title/tt1870526/? we would be very appreciative. Thanks.

I can't do anything (I'm only an ordinary user) but staff will be along and can look into it.

Hello Terry Moran,
I know this conversation is 3 years old, but since I do have the same problem as you (or...As you did?), I decided to step in here.
First of all: did you eventually manage to get your trailer appearing online on the proper IMDb page you asked for? If yes, how long did it take? And if not...What happened?
I submitted a trailer for a short film a month ago, and in my "Contribution History section"? it says "Please remember updates normally take around 1-7 days to appear online." Actually, that's just the standart sentence that appears on every submission, I reckon. But the thing is the trailer is still not online on the frontpage of the film...
So, if you have anu advices, or ideas or submissions, I'd be more than happy to hear it!

I have had this Problem also. I had used Without a Box to Upload then clicked on "There is a Problem with this video" I think thats what it was called and for a few Trailers I was able to get them linked to the page and all the names After 3 Months. But now I can't find that link does any one Know a better and faster way?
