Tried to cancel before the end of the trial month but now been charged

I tried to cancel my IMDB Pro before end of trial. Now you have taken a month's subscription, please can my account be cancelled and the money refunded.

Staff try to reply within 24 hours but with this you may be better contacting them directly at https://help.imdb.com/contact
