I have submitted a trivia item for Vince Vaughn twice...once is was declined for bad formatting. I thought it was because I had inserted a hard return to make a second paragraph (#190731-000936-387000). I removed the hard return and re-submitted only for it to be immediately rejected because it 'Does not meet contribution guidelines' (#190731-000936-387000). I have reviewed the guidelines and for the life of me can't figure out what is wrong.
The links/references are displaying correctly. The content was based on a press release regarding the award. And I know it is true since I personally saw him receive the award in June.
Here is the full content of the submission:
On June 8, 2019, Vince Vaughn received the third highest award bestowed by the United States Army to a civilian. He was presented with the Meritorious Public Service Medal in recognition of his lasting contributions to service member's morale. Mr. Vaughn has visited numerous military bases both domestically and internationally many times holding special screenings of his films. The award was presented at the annual ball hosted by the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). The ball also celebrated the 244th birthday of the Army and the 75th anniversary of Operation Overlord, the code name given to the battle of Normandy during WWII. He was also recognized for his work in retelling a soldier's story in the Mel Gibson film, Hacksaw Ridge (2016) . In the film, Mr. Vaughn plays Sgt. Howell.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. I have submitted multiple trivia items over the years and this is the first time I have been rejected.
