I clicked "correct/delete" on the "trivia" line for an episode of Madam Secretary, but I'm not seeing any prompt as to what to do next

If there is no existing Trivia then you should see it say "No existing data"

If there is some existing Trivia then you should see that trivia listed with an Action set by each of them. The Action will default to Keep, but you can change any or all of them to Correct or Delete depending on which you want to do

It is possible that the trivia item was recently entered. There has generally been a delay of 24-48 hours before you could edit items after they are entered. This is now down to about half an hour for some data contributors but I am not sure it is available to everyone right now.

This is available for everyone now. 

There IS existing trivia, but it's incorrect. I clicked the button for "correct/delete" but nothing happened.

Did you press the "Continue" button after selecting "Correct/Delete"?
