Trolling has destroyed the Horror board

There are two trolls in the Horror Forum that have utterly destroyed the forum. I have been a fan of this board for years and have seen it turn to an utter wasteland. The tactic used is flooding the boards with bumping deleted posts, it is pointless to continue to frequent these boards without proper moderation.

I know how you feel. 

There's a spamming troll on the Soapbox, who has continually spammed the Soapbox and other forums on IMDb too.

Yet, the person's ISP has yet to be banned & they're allowed to continue creating multiple sock accounts.

Instead, we're told that if someone is trolling, then just place the said poster on ignore, or quit posting period.

That's not a solution to a widespread problem on IMDb.

More can be done to curb trolling such as actually banning the posters with multiple accounts and banning their ISPs as well.
