Trying to add new poster, and trailer

I've added a trailer to the Withoutabox page as normal, but it's not showing up on the IMDB page:

Also, I'm trying to change the poster on another of my short films, but it won't let me change the primary image - the 2nd image doesn't give me the option- I need image 2 to be the primary:

Hi James -

In order for our staff to take a look at the Video, can you post the link to the IMDb video here?

Concerning the primary Poster, please try requesting the change again. To suggest a primary image change:

1) Navigate to the image you wish to become the primary
2) Click 'Edit Tags'
3) If the image is eligible for use as the title's primary, the form will have the 'Primary Image' option at the top, just underneath 'ABOUT THIS IMAGE'. Click the drop-down arrow.
4) Tick the box 'Suggest as primary image for ...'
5) Explain 'Why should this be the primary image (optional)?'
6) Click 'Submit'

Our editors will then take a look.

Hi Joel,

Thanks so much for this - I've submitted the image request for the other short, but it hasn't updated - basically, I need this to be the primary poster image: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4905528/mediaviewer/rm3910748672 - it's the corrected poster. Could you have a look at this, while I'm here? Thanks again for fixing the trailer,

Thanks for confirming the image link, the poster you reported has now been designated as the primary poster for the title page, the change should be live on the site shortly.  Cheers!
