I've been trying to add some new titles over the past couple days but there's an error preventing them from being submitted. When everything is green, I will hit submit but then it turns back to yellow where you add why you're adding the title. This happens no matter how many times you fill it out and try to submit is.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi, Michael Elliott. Please consider starting all over from scratch with a new submission and never clicking the "Provide explanation" checkbox; instead using something else like budget information or a miscellaneous link, in the Mandatory Information section, to confirm the existence of the title:
I have trouble to add a new tv series title 1-st and 2-nd seasons of Vtoroy Uboiny, by the way 3-rd season with slight different name Vtoroy Uboynyy-2 (transcrioption is wrong) is already there.
