Hello,

I worked on the project King Cobra (2016) as an actor, however the credit update I submitted was rejected.

I was invited last minute via Hudson Valley Extras Casting, therefore I did not receive a call sheet. Please view the attachments (email invitation).

The entire film shot locally, in Hudson Valley:

Many thanks for your assistance.

Best,
Tomas

That appears to be a part as an extra (particularly given the $25 payment). IMDb does not record extras unless the person is named in the credit roll, or the person is clearly visible and identifiable on screen in the original release. Neither of these criteria can be established until after the project is released, so IMDb is unlikely to accept this credit until then.

Thanks for the reply. As I said, I was an actor not an extra, and this is just the way they reached out to me.

Lorenzo Beronilla was invited exactly the same way and yet he received the credit.

Hi Tomas -

I reviewed your two credit submissions and observed that you did not include the "uncredited" attribute, please note that if you participated on the project but your name is not going to be in the on-screen credits, you will need to resubmit the credit with the applicable "uncredited" attribute.

(If you are not sure about whether or not you will be credited on-screen, it's best to submit your credit with the attribute since the title is not yet released -- you can then correct it later if your name is on the on-screen credits).

Dear Michelle,
Thank you for your helpful response.

I did as you advised and submitted a new update: 151118-224224-865000

Once the movie is released I will correct the credit.

Will the editors accept it now?

Best,
Tomas
