Trying to remove a 2016 credit from an actress dead since 1955 declined twice?

I have tried to remove a 2016 makeup department credit for actress and circus sideshow Nellie Lane who died in 1955 which I figured would be a simple affair but to my surprise this was declined for being "non-verifiable" despite the fact the credit would be legitimately impossible as she would have been dead for 61 years before that film came out. I tried another method to create a new Nellie Lane (II) page. Nellie Lane (II) was created but still the credit move was declined again which makes no sense. Why would they create the new profile but decline to move the credit? Are IMDb's staff always this incompetent? They seem to seriously lack common sense. Or do they just blanket decline anything that would take more than a few clicks? I have tried to move the credit a third time to the newly created Nellie Lane (II) which is currently pending.

The reference number is #190515-141858-602000 if a staff member here can make sure this issue gets fixed. Thank you.
