Trying to submit my short film to a festival!

I am trying to upload my short film to submit to a festival but it gets rejected!! I tried to upload from both Chrome and Microsoft. The size and file format is correct...

Is it En sista gång, After School, or another short film?

If you try uploading through a pro-account, please follow the guide for Withoutabox. If you've followed with no success, please explain more here providing screenshots whenever important.

In other cases, the guides may help you to solve the problem or to specify the further questions.

This most likely indicates that there is an issue with the file format, although this may not be obvious.

Please use the Withoutabox contact form to reach out to our team for further help. You should click on "Withoutabox questions", then Secure Online Screeners (SOS) >> Upload screener

You should upload your screener to a free file-sharing source, such as Dropbox, then include a sharable link to this file in your message to us.
