Trying to add credit but keep being directed to registration, I am already logged in?!

I am trying to add a credit to my page. Every time I go to the cast and crew page of the film and hit the edit button it takes me to a registration page. I am already logged in, it even says I am logged in at the top of the page. I keep going in circles, I need help!

Have you authenticated your account? That is needed to be able to edit movie and person data.

If not, look for an authentication link in your account settings.

This usually happens when people haven't verified their email account by clicking the link IMDB sent you when you signed up.

If it isn't authentication (as described above) this will be the answer.

The behavior you describe indicates that you have not verified your email address.

Go here: https://secure.imdb.com/register-imdb... and follow the onscreen instructions. Once verified, it will work.
