Two Actors under the same profile

I noticed someone must have merged my acting credits with a different actor who has the same name. Now we are both listed under Brian West (II). I've requested to remove the other actor's credits but no action has been taken. How can we undo the merge? Not sure when exactly it happened.

Brian: From the page at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0921957/, please list here all the credits that are yours and all the credits that are the other guy's.

Also, in the biographical section of that page, please indicate whether the birthdate/birthplace, nickname, marriage information, and trivia belong to yourself or to the other guy.

(The MIni Bio is dependent on all the other data, so if there are changes to the other data, the Mini Bio will be changed automatically.)

The bio section, birthdate / place, nickname, marriage info, website and trivia all belong to me.
My credits are:Adventure Capitalists (TV Series),
Mountain Life (TV Series), We Love Puppies (TV Movie), Beyblade: Metal Fusion (TV Series), Beyblade: Shogun Steel (TV Series), BeyWheelz (TV Series),

The rest must belong to him.
