I have two submissions, one a change of cast order and the other a change of episode title, which have been ignored despite being re-submitted. Can you investigate what the problem is.

The first is 131218-100953-962

"Holby City" (1999) {Father's Day (#16.10)}
  • Cast - Replace
      Old -
      Name: Knight, Jules
      Character: Harry Tressler
      Order: 8
      New
      -
      Name: Knight, Jules
      Character: Harry Tressler
      Order: 10

      Old -
      Name: Gillett, Aden
      Character: Edward Campbell
      Order:
      9
      New -
      Name: Gillett, Aden
      Character: Edward Campbell
      Order: 8

      Old -
      Name: Delamere, Louise (I)
      Character: Colette Sheward
      Order:
      10
      New -
      Name: Delamere, Louise (I)
      Character: Colette
      Sheward
      Order: 9

This is a trivial correction to cast order: I originally submitted the cast in the order that it was given on a listings site and the order of the on-screen credits differed very slightly. Other similar corrections are processed quickly, but this one has not been, even though I've re-submitted it once.

    The second is 131222-110927-823000

    • "Thriller" (1973) {The Devil's Web (#4.2)}
      • Episode Title / Number - Correct
          Old -
          Parent: "Thriller" (1973)
          Title: The Devil's Web
          Number:
          4.2
          New -
          Parent: "Thriller" (1973)
          Title: Nurse Will Make It
          Better
          Number: 4.2
Explanation: Original title on first TV airing (which
was in UK) was "Nurse Will Make It Better". Ignore "original airing" attribute
on Distributor - episode aired in Jan 75 in UK and Feb 75 (ie later) in US. See
VT clock title http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/689/ez5e.jpg/ and opening
          titles http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/842/xq82.jpg/. Cast in closing
credits at about 1:04:40 in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gPP1go6v9w matches
this episode, and at 1:06:00 are the corresponding US opening titles and closing
credits. Conclusion: it's the same episode which was renamed for US
          audience.

This is a case of an episode which someone has submitted using the US title, rather than the original UK title under which the episode was made and first shown. I've included a link to a Youtube of the episode which shows the programme-maker's VT clock that displays the original title, and credits for both the original and US versions of the episodes which confirm that both are the same episode. Again I've re-submitted once in case the first submission got lost.
