Two years of attempting to add an IMDB credit. Zero response from IMDB.

I, the producer, writer, director and my manager have all attempted to do the simple task of adding my role as an Army Ranger to the film Jackson's Run. We've posted screen grabs and resubmitted multiple times over a two year period. To date we've had zero response from IMDB.

Can you post submission ID number of your most recent submission? Staff can take a look at what you're doing and suggest what you might change. It can be found in you account settings page under "view your contributions" and it's an 18 digit number in the form ######-######-######.

Also, if you can describe what you're doing or copy/paste the contents of your emailed receipt, data contributors might be able to recommend actions you can take.

Were you credited on screen? If so, did your screen grab show your name in the credits? If not, do you have "credited" work listed? You need at least one credited role listed before "uncredited" work is eligible for display.

When you ask questions like this, it's difficult to guess at an answer if you don't provide links to the pages involved or include, at least' a description of what you've done.

In the future, if more than two weeks has passed and you don't see it added, it's best to ask for status to be checked. If you simply re-submit the same thing over and over, it'll probably keep having the same result...rejection.

Yes, I have lots of credited work http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3512325/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1 But for some reason, this has been a nearly impossible task to add this one simple credit. This is the film in question: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2290423/combined
Dan Lennox the director has attempted multiple times to add my name as a credit... and I have also attempted numerous times over the last two years.
My son however IS credited and our names are similar....maybe that is the problem?

Hi Rusty -

I checked the submission you referenced and don't see any warnings or errors that would have prevented your credit from processing, therefore, since your credit has not been accepted, it means that our editors were probably unable to verify it and need further
information/additional evidence.

If you have evidence of your role on this film, can you post the screen grabs or online URLs here for our staff to take a look at?
