Unable to add new title, keep getting "An error occurred on submission, please try again." on form

I have entered into the online form all of the information I have available, to add a new title.  My contribution link is 180611-225823-942200

The last thing I did was to check the box at the top for "Explanation for missing information".

Now everything I try, including trying to "Save for later" and trying to enter text in the  "Explanation for missing information" box, produces an error with pink-color background:

An error occurred on submission, please try again.

I cannot go forward, and I cannot go back.  I am stuck.

Never mind, sorry to bother everyone.  I tried Google Chrome instead of my regular Internet Explorer 11, and I finished my submission without problem.  (In case anyone wants to flame me because I am still using IE 11, I have a reason--I have almost 1200 bookmarks.  Think I'll look into porting those (or at least a portion thereof) over to Chrome.)

I have had similar problems, also using old browser from time to time. It seems that it’s somehow connected to the ”explanation” box when you try to correct info (not fully sure). Reloading the page helped, I believe, but you lose all the info that is not ”saved” at that point.

So it’s best to click ”Save for later” every now and then (instead of adding all the info and only after that saving it). This is probably recommended anyway, since you never know.
