I've been trying for a few days to add a picture to this title https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0664906/?ref_=ttep_ep1, but for some reason, I've found myself unable to do so. Is there some kind of a ban on the title or is there a different problem?
This is my latest attempt to add the picture (dated today) #180715-143621-908202

It says "Approved for Publication" but it has not yet shown up. Other pictures I've uploaded for other episodes of the same series have (and usually do within the hour).
